Social and Community Participation
Our Social and Community Participation support helps and encourages you to take part in your community and build life and social skills. We can provide support on a daily, weekly, or flexible basis as you engage with your community, social and recreational goals.
In Home Support/Daily Tasks
Living with a disability can mean needing extra help around the house, either from time to time or on an ongoing daily basis. Capacity Plus Group support workers are available to visit your home in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings (including sleepovers) depending on your individual requirements.
Transport Services
Our Transport Services allow you to maintain independence and support you to access programs, services, and activities in your local community.
Employment Support/Pathway to Employment
We work alongside people of all ages living with a disability to find, prepare for, access, and maintain employment suited to individual needs and strengths. We support students with school–to–work goals, people who already have a job and require on-the-job support and people seeking employment opportunities.
Development of Life Skills
We will empower you to become more involved with your community and develop your skills to live independently and the way you choose. We will tailor your support to your unique goals.
Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Support
We will soon be able to offer these specialist Therapeutic Supports.
